About LaserCuttingSupply

LaserCuttingSupply is a free set of calculators and generators for laser cutting and sheet metal work: gauge charts, metal and pipe weights, bend allowance and bend radius, laser cutting cost, and box, gear and photo engraving files. Each page does one job and works straight away: there is no account and nothing to install. The full list is on the calculators page.

How it works

• Everything runs in your browser. What you type or choose stays on your device; nothing is uploaded.
• Results are computed, not typed in. The examples on each page are produced by the same code the tool runs, and the code is tested against independently calculated results.
• Formulas and data are named. Each calculator shows its working step by step and says where its formula or table comes from (for example the Manufacturers’ Standard Gauge for steel sheet, ASME B36.10M pipe dimensions, or the standard bend allowance formula). Results are estimates: verify critical designs against the applicable standard.
• Third-party material used on the site is listed on the credits page.
